Member Rights

 
 
This screen will appear.   A list of all the domains the member has access to will appear.  The list might be longer for some members than others.   If the list is empty, click the ADD DOMAIN button in the menu bar.
 
NOTE:   Members generally must log in to see the effect of rights changes.  Rights are read only when a member logs in.

Add Domain

Select this option to add rights to a new domain

Modify Rights in an Existing Domain

If access to a domain is currently defined, select the appropriate row to modify rights for that domain.
 
 
 

Below is the screen for managing rights for a single user and a domain. 

 
Member Rights
 
When you finishing making changes, click the Save button.   NOTE:  Individual access changes are immediate regardless whether you click SAVE or BACK.

Domain Authority Level

1. Domain Authority Level
Each domain has levels of authority such as Administrator, User, Power User, etc.   Select the appropriate level for this member.

Current Available Access

 The member has access to all areas under Current Access

Remove Area Access

3. Remove Area Access
Select the delete button will remove access to the area.

Add Area

4. Add Area
Selecting this will move the area name from the Available Access list to the Current Access list.   The member has access to all areas under Current Access

Budget Rights

5. Budget Rights
Modifies the member's ability to modify the budget associated with a domain.     ** NOTE not all domains have budgets unless defined under the Domain Edit screen.
