PASSWORD -  Change the Member's  password

 

RIGHTS  -  Select to modify the RIGHTS for this Member.

 

AUDIT -   Use this option to review audit logs of this user.

 

RESEND -  Send a welcome email to the Member.

 

PROJECTS -

At a minimum, the login ID which is the member's email addrss is required along with the First and Last Name fields.

 

 

 

Use the selector to chose the appropriate authority level.

 

Disabled -  Can not access the system.

Reviewer - Can not modify or change data.

Auditor - Same as a Reviewer

User - Standard access

Power User -  Same as a User but has the ability to delegate tasks.

Administrator -  Has access to the SYSTEM functions including creating and disabling members, changing member rights, modify images, access and move documents and create  new domains, areas and controls.

 

 

BRANCH USER - If your organization utilizes branches you can associate which branch they belong to.

REQUIRES APPROVER -  In the complinace logic, a user that requires approvers can create narratives for a control but they cannot publish directly.  The named approver will have to  publish a narrative.

 

Member is Project Centric  -  Denotes that project menu will appear rather then the domain  listing when first logging into the system.
