System Menu

** Only Administrators have access to the SYSTEM Page.  If the SYSTEM option does not appear on the primary menu button list then they are not at the Administrator level and can not access this page or its functions.

Domains, Areas and Controls
 
WYSR uses a method to organize information into what we call Domains.  Training is a domain, as is your Organzation structure, Certifications,  etc.  Then just like chapters in a book, we call them Areas.   Below that are Controls.   This model is very familiar to people as information in the world is organized much like a book.  WYSR also combines the Domain & Areas into its security model.   An administrator can either allow or disallow users to access information at both the Domain and Area level.    This gives the administrator flexibility to say department managers can manage information at their area(department) but not see or change information in other areas.   
 
 

Members

 
WYSR delinates someone you uses the WYSR administrative functions as Members rather than users.  Users are your line employees who generally use the portal interface to utilize WYSR features.  Whereas Members access the administrative website.   Select MEMBERS to add, modify or disable members in your system.
 
 

Document Management

 
WYSR has strong document management features that are generally managed within the domain they're bound to.  But sometimes you may need to search for a document without the bounds of which domain was that associated to.   Use this feature to search all documents available in the system.
 
 

Incoming Email

 
WYSR has the ability to accept information via email.   But sometimes emails can be delivered properly.  Use this feature to direct emails to the proper location.
 
 

Branch Administration

 
This option only appears if you have branches.   Branch Administration is a abillity to manage people and information within a company but still seperated by branch.
 
 

Settings and Customizations

 
WYSR has the ability to customize many of its features.  This includes various options foremost being the ability to customize the various emails that the system produces to your members and users.
 
 

Badges and Awards

 
This is where you can define the available Badges and Awards, their values and images.
 
 

Images

 
WYSR allows you import images for the signin page, logos for the portal as well as other uses. 
 
 

Import and Exports

 
WYSR allows you to import and export information such as  employees, job codes, departments, etc.
 
 

Online Support

 
Use this option to open and manage support tickets with WYSR staff. 
 
 

Portal News

 
This is where you can manage the news article available in the Portal.  
 
 

Forms

 
WYSR allows your organization to communicate information to internal and external users via the use of forms.   Forms can be added to websites (other than WYSR).  Generally the form consists of an email address and can send either a training class or a PDF attachment to the requestor.
