Domain Name

Enter a name that best describes the use of your domain.  It may contain spaces, so you can enter a description such as "My Department Policies" or "Food & Beverage SOPs"

Compliance
This is for managing compliance such as gaming, PCI (credit cards), OSHA or any compliance requirement where you need to track how you adhere to the regulations.
Policy
For managing Policies and Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Habooks.
Training
Manage Training Catalogs.
Organization Model
For managing people and compendiums, job codes & descriptions, and most HRIS-type functions. 
Risk Case Management
For tracking risk management cases.
Report Repository
For managing reports from other tools and uploading them for sharing.
Contract Management
Track your vendor contracts.
Run Books
Manage tasks that have complicated steps to reproduce.
Certification
Manage the certifications that your employee have and need for their positions.
Change Control
Manage changes and ensure changes are tracked.

Enable Branch Support

Use this option only if you have branch locations or suboffices, include franchise locations.
 

Show Status Graph

For compliance domains, allows the graph of compliance statuses.
 

Supress Area Text in Listing

For compliance domains, inhibits the display of area descriptions.
 

Treat Narratives as Notes

For compliance domains, narratives are treated more as notes and comments rather than "how we comply with.." narratives.
 

Allow Direct Edit of Controls

Allows power users the  ability to change the descriptions of controls.  Useful for initial setup and then turn off later.
 

Allow Dynamic Creation of Controls

Allows users to add new controls rather than being restricted to Administrators.
 

Include Support for Financial Tags

Financial tags allow for budgets to be created. 
 

Include Support for Filings and Findings

Allows a compliance domain to track findings (audit infractions) or filings (paperwork filed with regulatory or outside body)
