Getting Logged into WYSR
After entering the URL for the administration site, the screen will look similar to the one below.
Enter your email address and your password into the appropriate fields. Then click the LOGIN button.
First Time Logging In?
If this is your first time logging into WYSR, you will NOT have received a password. Don't worry, that's normal. Just click FORGOT MY PASSWORD button to be sent a temporary link via email to log in for the first time.
Login with PASSCODE
This is the ability to login via your email address. Enter your email address and click the LOGIN WITH PASSCODE button. You will receive an email with a one-time login link.
Forgot Your Password?
Click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link on the login page to start the process of recovering your password. Enter your email address and enter the value of the image. Click the SEND LINK button to receive an email with further instructions.
Note: it is numeric only so something that looks like a 1 is a 1 and not an L, same goes for O "oh" versus zero.
