User Portal versus Administration Site
The first step in accessing your WYSR system is opening a browser and entering the URL for the site. Every company's URL is different, so if your company is ACME then your URL will be https://acme.wysr.com . The exact URL will be sent to your administrator during the setup process, but it will be very similar to this example.
Every WYSR system has two URLs, one for the team members and one for the administrative functions. Appending either /portal or /admin to the URL will take you to the respective site. By default, the system will redirect to the user portal because it's easiest for most users. Your organization's employees will access the eLearning resources WYSR makes available through the user portal.
So to recap, enter https://acme.wysr.com/admin where you replace acme with your company identifier in the URL and it will take you to the login page of the administrative page of WYSR.
