As with any system you should endeavor to complete as much information as possible.  WYSR was designed to complement your HRIS system and thus, this information is generally recieved and updated by the interface, or through an import process.   
 
You may edit this information but be aware that any changes would be overwritten by updates received from the interface / import process.

The options may vary but generally the core options are:
 
  • Training       -  All training enrollments and activities.
  • Survey         -  Survey History (SAQs).
  • Feedback   - Review supervisor feedback.
  • Profiles        - Profiles that are assigned and training history pertaining to profiles.
  • Audit             - Any audit events pertaining to this employee.

NOTE:  not all options may appear your your environment.
 

Positions

 
This displays the job code and department that the employee is currently associated with.   If you need to update the position,  click the SET POSITION button.
 
 
 

Open SAQs

 
This displays the incomplete or open SAQs (surveys, assessments, & questionnaires)  .
 
 
 

Awards

 
This displays the current awards and badges earned by the employee.
 
 
 

Certifications

 
The system can track various certifications.  You can see which certifications this employee carries.

Quick Options

4. Quick Options
Assign a Training Profile allows you to quickly assign a profile that is not currently  been assigned to the employee previously.   View Training Enrollments will display all current and past training activities.

Portal / Self Service Options

5. Portal / Self Service Options
 
If necessary, you can generate a random Self Service PIN and Email it to the Employee.
